Jimmy Godfrey Mpungu studied Law at Great Falls University (University of Providence) Great falls, MO, USA, Legal Investigation at Colorado State University-Pueblo and University of Southern Colorado, Colorado, USA and Terrorism and National Security Management at Kaplan University, Davenport , Iowa ,USA. Jim has worked for the United States Department of Defense in Mannheim/Heidelberg, Germany as a Senior Criminal Inspector ( UCMJ – Article 15 & 32) and Liaison Between Judge Advocate General and the German Prosecution handling Personal, Property, Inchoate, Statutory, Financial and Other Crimes. He works with several Legal firms and perform Legal consultation and Analysis locally, nationally and internationally.
